YTDLnis Downloader v1.9.0 [Final]

Overview: YTDLnis is a video/audio downloader for Android using yt-dlp .

Features:

What’s New:
Python 3.14 with CURL-CFFI built-in

Now on github and f-droid flavours of the app, python 3.14 is preinstalled within the app, which also includes curl-cffi and other new recommended yt-dlp libraries:

● brotli
● requests
● websockets
● urllib

For people who are not aware, YTDLnis has a plugin system where you can upgrade packages like python,ffmpeg, nodejs,deno etc without needing to update the app itself. You can update on your own too in the updating section, packages.
Note. Curl cffi is only released on arm64, but the rest can just take advantage of the new python and the new libraries. When curl-cffi is built for other arch, expect a new release of python in packages section in the settings.

BGUtils POT Provider
Now in Advanced settings, Generate PO Tokens you can internally host the BGUtils POT server so that yt-dlp can use to generate PO Tokens for its youtube downloads. You are required to install the Deno package to install the node modules and host the server. If you want to use the provider as a script instead of server, install the NodeJS package. At the moment you can’t use NodeJS install node_modules and host the server, just use NodeJS after you set it up with Deno as a generation script provider.

When used as a server, the server will automatically start when a download starts and close itself when the download queue finishes. If you feel the need to keep the server running, you can toggle BGUtils on in the settings and it will start the server.

ReworkedTerminal
This has been long overdue.
Now Terminal is a full fledged terminal, taking use of termux’s terminal-view. App uses android’s default shell and all libraries like python ffmpeg etc, that the app uses can be easily executed there.
Since the new python 3.14 also has pip installed, you can easily execute pip to install and update yt-dlp plugins within the app.
Update Notifications

If you enabled in the fresh install to check for app updates, the app will also notify you if a new app update is available, or if a new package is released.

● got rid of data sync id setting, causes more confusion to users, advanced users just use extractor args in advanced settings
● made concurrent fragments 1 to avoid youtube throttling you
● in packages list add a card note above explaining what they are
● add a randomized timeout inverval setting between downloads. Check it out in downloads settings
● add toggle to disable checking for available storage
● fix multiple download card text overlapping with top actions
● fix the warning there is not enough space spams for all items in the multiple download card
