Paragon APFS for Windows – is the latest file system for Apple devices running macOS and iOS. If you are working in Windows and want to open and edit files from APFS-formatted flash drives, HDD and SSD storage devices, APFS for Windows by Paragon Software is your product.

Features
• Supported file systems. APFS (read and write).
• Write access. When mounting volumes in write mode, all operations with files and folders are available: read, edit, delete, rename, create. Please consider the fact that currently this functionality is in beta testing.
• Automounting. The driver mounts APFS volumes automatically at system startup. This mode can be disabled in the software interface.
• Multilingual. Support for all OS localizations, including non-Latin alphabets. Files with any names are available for work.
• Support for cloned APFS files. The driver allows you to work with cloned files only in read mode. You can open, copy, and rename them, but you cannot delete, edit, or create.
• Support compressed files. APFS uses various compression methods. Our driver supports all methods, except that used to compress certain system files (for example, from the /.DocumentRevisions-V100/ folder). You can work with such files only in macOS.
• Support for APFS subtomes. Any operations in which data is moved from one APFS sub-volume to another are not supported.
• Support for APFS containers. The current driver version supports a single configuration, in which all APFS containers are located on the same physical media.
• Support for APFS volumes with active snapshots. To ensure data integrity, the availability of snapshots on APFS volumes is automatically detected, and such volumes are mounted in read mode.
• Support for encrypted volumes. Work with encrypted volumes is currently not supported.
